Graduation Requirements

These include completing 5 semesters of Basic Medical Sciences, 76 weeks of approved clinical clerkships/rotations at affiliated or approved teaching hospitals, and passing the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) exit examination for Basic and Clinical Sciences. In addition, students must successfully complete the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) Steps 1 and 2 Clinical Knowledge (CK) and clinical skills (CS). Furthermore, students must maintain good standing and obtain clearance from various departments of the University, including accounts, registry, laboratories, and the library. It is also essential for students to maintain good conduct and character.
